Haunted London by Richard Jones.

Haunted-London

A book talking about the different haunted areas of London. A good read, more likely to be a tourist book or a guidebook. However, it still tells the ghost stories vividly.

It covers a variety of stories, and each section is divided up according to the area of London that it is. There are plenty of Grey Ladies, graveyards and ghostly footsteps to whet the appetite. Its a good book for any ghost-hunting London visitor.

But it could also be good for those – like me – who just find hauntings fascinating but don’t want to spend hours watching programmes and YouTube videos of various ghost-hunters messing around with metal poles and claiming that it detects a haunting.

Read this book if you are a fan of ghosts, because even some of the more innocuous stories don’t fail to send a chill up my spine…
